What materials are used?
All Daisy & Poppy jewelry is made from high-quality stainless steel, carefully plated for lasting shine. Each piece is designed to be waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and gentle on sensitive skin.
Is your jewelry suitable for everyday wear?
Yes — that’s what we love most about it! You can wear it daily without worrying about fading or discoloration.
Do your pieces come with a warranty?
We stand by the quality of our jewelry. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can make it right.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the U.S., but we’re working on expanding soon!
What’s your return policy?
We hope you love your Daisy & Poppy jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original packaging.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover processing and inspection.
- Earrings and sale items are final sale for hygiene and promotional reasons.
To start a return, email shopdaisypoppy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions for sending your item back.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure checkout options provided by Shopify.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Your information is encrypted and protected through Shopify’s secure payment processing system.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes! Simply enter your code at checkout before completing your order. Discount codes can’t be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
Care & Maintenance
How should I care for my Daisy & Poppy jewelry?
Our pieces are made to last, but a little care goes a long way. We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry place, away from lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. When not wearing it, keep it in the original pouch or a soft jewelry box to avoid scratches
Can I shower or swim with my jewelry on?
Yes! Our stainless-steel jewelry is water-resistant and won’t tarnish with normal wear. However, for extra longevity and shine, it’s best to remove it before swimming in chlorinated or saltwater pools.
How can I keep my pieces looking their best?
Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth after wear to remove oils or residue. No polishing needed — just a quick clean to keep your pieces as radiant as the day you got them.
