Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

During busy periods, processing times may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate (3–7 business days)
• Free Shipping: on orders over $50
• Local Pickup: Free in Grand Rapids, MI (available upon request)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

 

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey.

 

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

We’re not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we’ll always do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier if needed.
